Author’s Visits, Readings and Presentations

I welcome every opportunity to encourage the love of reading whenever I can. An effective way of accomplishing this would be through an Author’s Visit and Book Reading.

My book “What Ever Happened to APPLE?” is aimed for the primary grades; with this age group and depending on the space available, I’d suggest a reading/presentation with a small audience of about 40 to 50 is preferred.

Ideally the visit would be for 2 (two) sessions for a half day and 3 to 4 sessions for a full day. A session can run from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the age group of the audience.

For Schools:

• The cost for each session is $150.00 + GST.

For Libraries and organizations:

• The cost for each session is $250.00 + GST.

For Out of Town Presentations:

Transportation cost (of $.50/km) and accommodation, if necessary, is extra and will be factored into the cost which is payable at the time of visit.

Donation from proceeds of School Book Sale:

As part of our company’s environmental commitment and support, C$1.00 from each sale of “What Ever Happened to APPLE?” book during school visits will be donated to the school for their Eco Projects and/or purchase of environmental books for their school library.
