Margaret is the founder and CEO of Cecconet Publishing House. She is an author, illustrator, educator, speaker and consultant. Margaret is also a licensed real estate sales representative and feng shui practitioner. Her knowledge of real estate and feng shui is an added bonus to her clientele.
In her book, A Homeowners Guide to Feng Shui, Easy Tips to a Harmonious Home, Margaret shares her knowledge of feng shui learned over the years from her family’s culture, feng shui master, feng shui practice and her own extensive research. A popular seller with real estate professionals, this book gives readers an easy outline of what to avoid and to look for in the choice of a house with the best feng shui. She is also the author and illustrator of the children environmental picture book, What Ever Happened to APPLE?.

Courses and Seminars
Margaret shares her knowledge of feng shui with real estate professionals and homeowners through her seminars and courses. Her Analyzing and Marketing Properties with Feng Shui was a real estate approved continuing education course.
Community and the Environment
A keen supporter of the environment, Margaret started her environmental effort in 1998 as a member of Toronto’s Waste Watchers currently known as the Live Green Toronto Volunteers.
Today her commitment continues as she visits schools, public libraries, and bookstores in her efforts to share her passion for the environment and APPLE’s story with the children.
An active participant of her community, Margaret chaired the Ajax Environmental Affairs Week; served as member of the Ajax Environmental Advisory Committee; was a School Council Chair of Archbishop Denis O’Connor Catholic High School; a member of the Durham Catholic District School Board’s Citizens Advisory Committee and also served as President of YCC Board of Directors.
Over the years, Margaret has been a guest speaker at various events, organizations, libraries, schools, and has appeared on television and radio talk shows. She also publishes a newsletter on feng shui, real estate, harmonious living and a wide range of related topics. Her latest initiative is writing a Blog to stay in touch with her readers.
